Questions
Do I need an account?
No. Install the extension and press Start. Pro is unlocked with a licence key that you get right after checkout.
Where are my guides kept?
In your browser, on your computer. You share a guide by exporting it as PDF, HTML or Markdown.
Does it record what I type?
No. Stepsheet notes which button, link or field you clicked and takes a screenshot. The text you type into fields is not recorded.
Which browsers does it work in?
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on desktop.
Is Pro per person or per team?
Per creator, the person who records guides. Anyone can open the guides you export, so there are no viewer seats.
How do I cancel?
In the billing portal: sign in with the email you paid with. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Is VAT included?
Prices are in US dollars and include VAT where it applies. Businesses can add a VAT ID at checkout.
